Bon Voyage Restaurant

My veal cutlets were very good, but my spouse found the chicken souvlaki too salty. That said, the place immediately made things right. Everyone has an off day, or the spice mix may be on the salty side. It doesn't matter. The restaurant turned it into a positive experience. The Ceasar salad is different but very good. Complex flavor that starts sweet, proceeds to be lemony, and has a great garlic finish. This is excellent. Service was excellent. 100% tip. We will be back.

I've been here a number of times and have enjoyed each visit. All service has been friendly and quick! Breakfast was fresh and cooked to perfection. I like that the bacon had a little crisp to it but also soft in some areas. Nice thick toast! I've also had their veal cutlets and a Greek burger. Both were very tasty to me and cooked well. Their spaghetti is pretty basic spaghetti with sauce. Their portion sizes have been pretty big! I'm able to take half home every time and eat the next day. Presentation of each dish has been very nice every time I have visited. I like that they serve my ceaser salad separate from my main dish to separate the salad dressing from my main dish.

I do not live in Prince George, but recently chose the Bon Voyage Restaurant to make a consolation Greek meal for a family. I spoke with Karen who helped me plan the menu, delivery of the meal and details. Once she learned of the circumstances, Karen was the most kindest and generous person I have ever dealt with. She used her own personal time to not only ensure the meal was spectacular, but took it upon herself to include flowers and a card at no cost to us. She kept me updated right up until the delivery. I have since heard from the family, and they raved about how delicious the dinner was and the portions were huge. I would highly recommend this restaurant for their exemplary customer service, attention to detail and of course the delicious food. My overall rating for the Bon Voyage Restaurant is definitely 5 stars *****!

After going from restaurant to restaurant in Quesnel & Prince George and getting served measly little servings for soup of the day, my mouth fell open when I saw the humungous bowl of Cabbage Roll Soup I was served at Bon Voyage Restaurant. And an excellent soup it was, very tasty. Our server Bonnie was friendly, peppy, bouncy and a real hoot. I asked her if she wanted to be in the picture for the review and she said only if we were in the picture too, so that’s why Hector is in the one picture. Hector and I both got the Lasagna, Hector had the extra baked cheese on the garlic bread, and he really enjoyed it. I asked for the Greek potatoes instead of the bread, and they were very nicely done with good lemon flavour. Hector demolished his lasagna and hugely enjoyed it, but for some reason it didn’t quite do it for me even though technically there was nothing wrong with it. Bonnie cheerfully took it back and let me order something else instead. I got the Beef Souvlaki from the Seniors menu with extra Greek salad instead of the bread. The souvlaki arrived promptly, the Greek salad was nice and fresh, and the beef souvlaki was nicely charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside, perfectly seasoned. I split a serving of their house made cheesecake with Hector, it is smooth and creamy, just perfect. Altogether a great meal, and it’s so nice to have a restaurant that’s fine with you modifying orders for your preference and not having a problem if something just isn’t working for you. This is the second meal we’ve had here and they were both great. Decor was nice and open with your classic Greek look of sky blue and white, music wasn’t too loud so it was nice to be able to have a conversation. Altogether a very enjoyable restaurant to go to. Great variety on the menu, and live that you can get Breakfast later in the day if you want. Server was awesome, and the food was fresh!

Still love the environment of this place, the atmosphere a bit loud... 20 for lunch buffet, ordered on the menu a lot better,

I was hesitant about this restaurant from other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We had a great breakfast and our server was lovely.
